Application Procedure

Who can apply to the Student Aerospace Challenge?

Only teams or associations composed of undergraduate or graduate students who are currently studying in Europe can apply. To apply, all the students of the team have to belong to the same university/school.

A team of students from the same school can be created to participate to the Challenge. A spokesman has to be chosen among the team members who cannot be less than 3.
The other team members must be identified and can be used as a contact if the spokesman is not available.

All the participants to the Challenge pledge to respect the Charter. The spokesman of the team or the president of the association commits himself to give the other members the terms of the Charter.
Any disrespect of the Charter will be studied by the Challenge Direction Comity and may lead to the exclusion of the association or the team with loss of the access rights to the website.

The application will not be validated until the School Referent testifies by writing that the students are following a course in his school and that he accepts that they represent it.

Applications close on December, December 31th, 2009.

Application validation

The Organization Comity of the Challenge, composed by delegates from ACE and from each of the partner industrials and organizations will conduct a selection process. They will consider the quality of the application file, the motivation of the candidates and their capacity to produce a high-quality work.
If the application is selected, a request of accreditation will be sent to the representative of the team who will have to make it complete by the School Referent email (as written in the application file), who will have to return it dated, signed and stamped.

Website access

It is only when the accreditation is registered by the Organization Comity that the team will be accepted and will be granted full access to download technical documents.

The access codes will be sent by email to the spokesman of the group.
The access codes can be given to the other members.
