This work package applies only to 1- suborbital vehicle for high-speed long-range transportation 

You will address one of the following topics:

1. During a commercial flighti there is a risk of issues arising between passengers or between passengers and crew. Make a proposal for rules governing on-board disputes factoring on juridiction and nationality rules that might apply to the dispute in a European context,

Or

2. During a commercial flight, the aircraft is struck by debris re-entering the atmosphere, which does not result in the fatal destruction of the aircraft but does cause a major change to the flight. Depending on whether the debris is listed in the official debris catalogue or not, whether it belongs to a recognised legal entity or not, and depending on the nature of the change to the flight (return to point of departure, re-routing, manoeuvre, change of destination), you are to rank the various scenarios considered, classified by increasing level of difficulty in establishing the liabilities of the parties concerned and, where possible, the compensation for damage caused.
